Career
Nick Horton is the working director of Dorade Projects Ltd he is a specialist in the law relating to the marine industry. Nick practiced as a lawyer for 20 years during which time he conducted a broad mix of shipping and marine insurance litigation while at the same time developing a non-contentious commercial practice focused around ship building, refit and finance arrangements. He has particular expertise in yacht and superyacht work. Nick has presented at various shipping industry seminars and conferences and is a regular contributor to the marine press. He removed himself from the roll of solicitors in October 2005 to enable him to found Dorade Projects Ltd.
