Nick Horton Nick Horton is a trained mediator. A director of Dorade Projects, Nick has over 20 years legal experience within the marine industry He is available to mediate any civil or commercial dispute.   Mediation Nick’s experience and familiarity with the trade, practice, contract forms and customs of the yacht industry make him ideally suited to mediate or arbitrate yacht disputes quickly and fairly. Independent of any law firm - he is free to act with complete independence and freedom of bias.   Arbitration Nick also acts as an arbitrator – a role he has fulfilled on many occasions in cases where the parties want a binding decision to be imposed on them. For straightforward matters these may be dealt with on documents alone or with a hearing.
